HiddenPal provides AI-assisted tools for capturing context and generating responses during technical interviews. By accessing or using HiddenPal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using HiddenPal on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid subscriptions begin upon successful payment and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued.

Free trials and complimentary credits are provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Credits do not carry over between billing cycles or from trial to paid plans, and hold no monetary value.

You agree to use HiddenPal in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of HiddenPal complies with any policies set by your employer, educational institution, or testing platform.

HiddenPal utilizes third-party AI services to generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. Service functionality may vary depending on your operating system, hardware, network, and third-party service availability.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, pose a security risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using HiddenPal at any time.

HiddenPal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiddenPal and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to HiddenPal in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of HiddenPal after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
