- There are no additional fees beyond the subscription price listed on the pricing page. Any currency conversion or bank transaction fees are charged separately by your card issuer.

＜Cancellations requested by customers＞ You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the HiddenPal desktop app or by contacting support@hiddenpal.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. Because HiddenPal is a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase, the statutory cooling-off period does not apply.
＜Refunds for defective service＞ If the service does not function as described due to a defect on our part, please contact support@hiddenpal.co. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a full or partial refund.
